the gym lacked basic amenities. i found neither water nor towels were provided. the spa reception phone was disconnected. i had to send an email to request these items. despite their assurance, the situation was not rectified

The shuttle service to the v & a waterfront was a notable convenience. i also found the changing and locker rooms in camps bay to be a great asset. It allowed us to fully enjoy the beach without managing our luggage. the room size was ample, and the breakfast offered a good variety. the staff were helpful. They were always smiling and available to assist.

the breakfast buffet had made to order options and various choices. the staff provided a complimentary hourly shuttle to popular spots. our room included a microwave and plates, helpful for warming leftovers. there was also a spa on the hotel for treatments, although i didn't use it.
some noise from the street was noticeable, but it did not significantly affect my stay.

The tv remote in my room didn't work properly. It took forever to change channels. also, the gym was smaller than i expected. It only had one treadmill available. i found this quite inconvenient! there were long waits and that was not helpful at all. this impacted my workout routine.
