The room had an extraordinary view. It was very clean and luxurious. i found the landscape of gran canaria quite excellent during my three-day stay. the hotel also provides a big parking lot.
the food in the bar was not good. my mohito drink tasted bad. it was not sweet at all and it did not resemble a mohito

The room had a mountain view! i saw very nice sunsets from my window. it was great to have breakfast with excellent choices and hot food service. Table service for tea and coffee was far better than machine drinks. dinners had high-quality food over three courses. trails begin right outside the hotel.
The cafeteria chairs could have been more comfortable. The design of some furniture didn't quite work for extended relaxation.

Staff provided efficient service. The restaurant team could be more cute. one staff member, fatima, at breakfast was efficient and always smiling. Made the start of my day a lot better.

the hotel is well maintained. the spa's water circuit offered a great experience. the spa's infinity pool was very relaxing and a great feature! i loved the ability to hike straight from the hotel premises.

the hotel's position allows it to have superb views from every room. it faces west, awesome for amazing sunsets. being able to see so much of the surrounding landscape was very nice.

the breakfast service offered excellent choices with table service for hot items. three-course dinners were of high quality. the hot drinks service with pots of tea and coffee was better than hot drink machines.

The room was a good size with a balcony. it was very quiet! the room provided amazing views of the mountains and those very nice sunsets. I thoroughly enjoyed the peace and vista.
