The room was very clean. The hotel offered complimentary coffee and snacks in the lounge all day. This was quite convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful .

The location was unbeatable since it was right across from the concert hall!!! I could walk there in minutes. The staff were very friendly and efficient, they answered all my questions quickly. I REALLY loved the 24-hour lounge with free coffee and snacks. It was a lifesaver.

The shower area has a glass door offering very little privacy.

the staff at the hotel was kind. the breakfast had a good selection of items. the club had complimentary water. the hotel room had a good size.

the hotel did not look like a 4-star hotel. the absence of a hair dryer was a problem. i found the parking garage did not really worked. the room has tiny toilet rooms.
