The location was acceptable. It was near transport links.

The breakfast was disappointing. The pastries seemed stale and the fruit selection was limited. the coffee machine was out of order one morning. This caused significant delays. I expect a better standard from a hotel of this caliber.

the room decor and interior felt lovely. the concierge staff seemed very friendly. the bed provided a very comfortable rest.

i booked a city view room but the room i got had no view. the breakfast menu wasn't clear. room service told us pastry can be eaten in the rooms but not eggs and bacon.

i found the staff to be especially courteous and efficient. they always satisfied any request i had very quickly. i really liked the opportunity to use the water dispenser with sparkling and still water. the location is strategic near clichy square and close to the metro and montmartre.

the breakfast wasn't varied, though the products provided were delicious.

the room included air conditioning and it was very clean. the bed felt comfortable with soft and fluffy towels provided. penhalagons products added a nice touch to the bathroom experience.

the hotel has two metro lines nearby, a fifteen-minute walk downhill to the center. sacre coeur is within a short distance from the hotel. the area had a quiet atmosphere.
