small room loud ventilation

i was a bit disappointed with the room i got. i booked a studio, i thought, but it turned out to be one of the 'hideaway studio windowless' rooms. it felt quite small and stuffy. the ventilation system made a noticeable noise throughout the night, and that was a bit hard to deal with.

fantastic stay!

kind gesture smooth service perfect location

the staff were helpful. they proactively upgraded my room, that was a really kind gesture. they also made sure i had everything i needed, i felt so welcome! the location is just perfect with great access to everything.

I noticed that some of the fittings weren't quite finished to a high standard. A cupboard was awkward to open, this brushed against the side when i tried to move it.

the studio included a seriously comfortable bed and a mcnutt's throw. it had a fridge, cooker, microwave, everything i needed! the electronic blinds worked perfectly, they were easy to adjust.

it is located just off petticoat lane and within easy walking distance of liverpool street station and underground. the convenience to the elizabeth line made getting here directly from the airport so simple. this was perfect for my arrival!

the fridge had milk and sparkling water! the bar area had a cozy atmosphere, this was a nice touch. the hotel is close to many restaurants and pubs, so there were many choices.

The receptionist who checked me in was really pleasant and helpful. They were so cute! the staff responded politely to any questions. daanyal's energy and kindness. I can't praise him enough.

Wifi was free and excellent! the heating system was easy to adjust, the apartment temperature was very comfortable! the studio was equipped with a kitchenette. It had everything i needed.

great location friendly staff kind staff extra mile

The location is awesome! it's super close to liverpool street station and spitalfields market, a total win! the staff are also friendly, so kind, and always smiling. They go above and beyond. i would stay again, no question!

the stock of bathroom amenities was almost empty on arrival, it needs a little check!
