the staff were really helpful and accommodating. they were great. the hotel is clean and well kept. cadet metro station is a 2 minute walk away. gare du nord is really close too. good metro links allow you to get all around the place and the main tourist spots.

the bar wasn't open. lounge service was poor because of the bar not being opened. we waited for 20 minutes and ended up going out instead. THE builders next door started work at 7.30 and woke us.

the room was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size. The staff were helpful, when i asked for things i needed. The location was convenient, near the metro station.

The bar was closed . The lounge service was not good because of that. i waited for twenty minutes and ended up leaving. Builders next door started work at 7:30 and woke me up. NO notice was given.
