the hotel has a good fragrance throughout , and the toiletries provided were from rituals. i found the design of the hotel to be wonderful , very stylish indeed. breakfast was also quite good , providing sufficient energy for sightseeing. the staff members were very friendly and always accommodating , which charmed me.

i thought the hotel needed a couple of hooks on the wall , nowhere to hang coats specifically.

the hotel room was very clean the staff were friendly and helpful. it is steps from the arc de triomphe and champs-élysées. victoria at the front desk was very kind and gave us water before we left she knew we had a long journey.

the toilet was in a separate room from the bathroom and sink it was a bit inconvenient.

The breakfast provided excellent options from continental to cooked-to-order. My room felt spacious. The decor was charming to me. I found the location convenient near the Arc de Triomphe.

The air conditioning turned on and off without input. This made regulating the temperature difficult. I suggest improving the climate control system. Stable temperature is necessary for sleeping.

The hotel is charming and located conveniently (I walked EVERYWHERE!). The room was clean. Staff was friendly, especially roxanne. She was amazing at check in and spoke excellent english. Breakfast was included. I loved going downstairs and getting personalized service.

a stay with a few drawbacks

small roominconsistent air conditioning

the room size wasn't ideal, felt a little too cramped for comfort. also, i noticed the air conditioning unit seemed to have a mind of its own. it kept switching on and off without any input from me, , made it difficult to maintain a consistent temperature. i also missed having a fridge in the room for keeping drinks cold.
