A solid stay

boat trips snorkeling home reef marine life dive team safety limited food buffet insufficient sunbeds guests early reservation sunbeds

The resort included boat trips for snorkeling. I felt okay all time with the dive team, and I saw corals and fish. The home reef was also great. I saw sharks, turtles, and rays.

The main buffet offered limited food choices. Sunbeds were not enough for the number of guests. Getting up early at 6 or 7 am was necessary to reserve them.

Mixed Experience with Some Disappointments

The buffet food was repetitive. There was a lack of variety. It seemed almost the same every day. The staff wanted us to wait until 2 PM on our arrival day without providing an alternative room while ours was being prepared. We were left in a departure lounge until 10:30 AM until they found a temporary room. We were already exhausted by then.

the island has beautiful, white sand. the ocean is warm and turquoise. the staff were very pleasant (especially the ones who remember your name). the spa treatments were quite enjoyable.

the main bar lacked aesthetic appeal. it was dated and somewhat untidy. all-inclusive package exclusions were frequent, like the $17 double shot of baileys (i don't drink baileys, but i saw others ordering). sunbeds were insufficient for the number of guests.
