The staff in the main restaurant were very warm and patient, greeting us warmly every day and asking about our needs. Aishuwas, the manager, and Sonv, the hostess, knew we were leaving and gave us a little dessert, it was a kind gesture.

The excursions I wanted to do were not available. Most of the 'must see' options in their app, were unavailable. Food was average. The buffet was limited and repetitive.

The staff was friendly and provided attentive service.

My water villa vibrated quite a bit, especially at night, made sleeping difficult. The villa did not seem up to a true 5-star standard. Some aspects looked worn. The resort is on an artificial island, so the beaches are small and somewhat underwhelming (i missed a larger natural beach).
