unreliable buggylong waits
getting around was a pain. the buggy service was unreliable a buggy never came when i called. i ended up walking most of the time which was annoying. the hotel being so large the distances felt longer and the waiting made it worse. It definitely impacted my overall experience as the long waits were exhausting.

I stayed for three nights. The overwater bungalow was comfortable! The service from all staff was excellent. Prasad, especially, was very nice, providing different kinds of international meals and very kind.

noisy ac
The room was not great. The ac system was really noisy. we asked staff to fix it, but nothing changed in four days. the food was just okay. The dishes had simple flavors but nothing special.

The staff were cheerful from the seaplane arrival. mubi gave a tour. It was cheerful. the sunset villa had clean facilities. the staff was helpful. sharks swam by the main restaurant. I saw them often.
the minibar stock was sometimes unavailable after i upgraded to all inclusive. this happened often. the package didn't deliver as promised.
