warm team shuttle location private beach

The team welcomed me warmly. A GRO showed me around, explaining everything about my villa. I could check the shuttle location with a helpful app. My Sunset Beach Villa was superb. The jacuzzi and private beach access were top tier!

mixed feelings about the stay

airport unorganization frustrating arrival

the staff in all restaurants are attentive and friendly, that met my expectations.

upon arrival at malé airport, nobody waited. i walked all the way to the jetty with my luggage only to be escorted back to arrivals again. this back and forth was frustrating after a long journey.

underwhelming stay with service issues

The resort itself is pretty, i wont deny that. but my expectations wasnt met. we needed to book restaurants several days in advance and no one told us this. finding a babysitter also proved difficult. when we did get one, we ended their services early because they seemed not very well-equipped to handle toddlers, even at $20 per hour.
