i stayed on the second floor and the room seemed recently refurbished. breakfast offered a lot of choice. the staff were friendly and tried to communicate in both french and english well.

the pool was closed because it had just been treated with chemicals

The staff presented a warm welcome and were kind. I enjoyed an evening cocktail on the terrace, the view of the lake SO enchanting! The pool was sparkling, though closed for treatment. It promised a refreshing dip another time.

the swimming pool hours were not convenient as it opened too late. the english tv channels did not function, even though they were advertised. the usb port near the bed also did not work.

The hotel offered good parking with electric car charging. Staff were friendly.

The pool opened late and closed very early. This was annoying. The absence of a children's menu was also a problem. I found this unacceptable after a long day.
