slow servicecold meals

The restaurant service was subpar. It took an unreasonable amount of time to place an order. our main courses arrived in separate stages. i found this very frustrating. the delay was significant, and by the time everyone was served, the initial meals were cold. this impacted the entire dining experience negatively

The staff was very helpful to make our check in very smooth. The hotel is clean and quiet. The breakfast was good with enough options to choose from.

The evening meal in the restaurant was VERY poor. Pasta awful and children's food cold. Drinks forgotten.
