The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room I received was NOT excellent. The furniture seemed sparse and shabby. Plus, the wall coverings had stains. When I inquired, they said only rooms had been renovated. I felt cheated (i am very frustrated).

the staff were kind i found them helpful with all my needs the location is perfect steps from the chateau and close to many restaurants i found the room large with a well-appointed bathroom the hotel offers preferential rates for the underground car park opposite.

the fitness room had limited equipment it did not fully meet my expectations for a comprehensive workout.

i found the reception staff to be attentive always ready to assist with directions or requests their genuine care enhanced the visit. the team ensured a smooth and cute experience throughout my time.
