spacious room comfortable bed
The room was spacious. It had a huge, comfortable bed!!! The shower was also fantastic. I found the secure parking for my motorcycle very useful.
The breakfast area was a little loud early in the morning as staff prepared for the evening.

cold room sleep quality
The hotel had a friendly staff. They were always very nice and helpful.
the room was excessively cold. I had to sleep in my clothes. This impacted my sleep quality and overall comfort.

spacious room full range window closure outside noise
the room was spacious and decorated well. breakfast was in the dining area with a full range of food available buffet style.

malfunctioning air conditioning unprogrammed door card
The room had easy free parking and a comfortable space.
The reception did not programmed my door card correctly. I also found that the air conditioning was not working at all. It made my room too hot and quite uncomfortable.

cooked breakfast buffet style 2nd floor disabled person
The room was spacious. Decorated to a high standard. Breakfast was in the dining area with a full range of continental and cooked breakfast available buffet style. I was charmed by the breakfast variety.
The room we had booked was not what we had requested. We were moved to a room that was really for a disabled person, on the 2nd floor, though the lift was out of action. The receptionist made us like we were a nuisance.
