excellent location helpful staff quiet room out of service lift inconvenient situation small room
The location was excellent. the train station was directly across the street. the staff was super helpful. They offered great suggestions for restaurants and local sights. the room was clean and quiet too.
the lift was out of service. it was a bit inconvenient. nobody offered help with our bags. the room felt a bit small.

friendly staff great places clean room
i really liked the friendly staff. they recommended great places to eat! also, the room was super clean and the bed linen felt amazing.
The elevator wasn't working. I always had to take the stairs.

great location tourist information helpful staff small room out of service elevator lack of elevator
the hotel's location was convenient, right across from the train station. this made arrival and departure very easy. i found the staff to be very helpful with tourist information.
my room felt somewhat small. the elevator was out of service . i had to use the stairs to reach my floor.
