cheap decor uncaring staff

The buffet breakfast was okay, it had quite a few options to choose from.

The room I got was not great. The decor looked pretty cheap for the price. The staff didn't seem to care when I mentioned the issues I had. I'm not sure what the point of staying here was.

faulty phone outdated room

the breakfast was good with a nice selection of items.

the room felt a bit outdated. i also noticed the phone in my room did not work, so i was unable to contact housekeeping for assistance. there was no bedside table either, i would have thought these were basic in a hotel.

I found convenient underground parking upon arrival. Breakfast offered ample choices and the bar area was inviting! It was an easy walk to the city center, which I greatly appreciated. All the staff members were helpful and friendly during my entire stay.

I noticed the bathroom towels were not of the highest quality.

friendly staff clean room good location outdated exterior single pillow paper cup

the staff were friendly and accommodating. my room was a good size and clean. the hotel location made it easy to walk to the city center.

the hotel's exterior appears to need updating. i only found one spare pillow in my room. for a four-star hotel, i was surprised to see only paper cups available for tea and coffee.
