easy shuttle services many activities friendly staff long wait slow orders restaurant issue
the shuttle services were easy to use and reached many activities. even a rainy day did not have to be boring since there were many things to do. all the staff were actually very friendly. the hotel offers lots of food outlets.
the time to get any order in the restaurants was disappointing. even a simple glass of ice took ages. i waited more than 40 minutes for anything ordered.

great towel art fresh seafood friendly staff big swimming pool
Service was good consistently. The housekeeper surprised us with great towel art. Food in the restaurant was always good. Kelong restaurant had freshest seafood. Yenni, the wait staff, was a gem with our kids. The staff were friendly and helpful. I love the big swimming pool with different areas. I could find a white sandy beach and turquoise waters very close. There was also options for food, because there is a bus running every 30 mins.
