my suite was on a single floor level and had curved ceilings. the bathroom had a rain shower. i liked the electric towel drying rack, it had temperature control.
i tried to buy an early check-in and received messages about the standard check-in time. there was no confirmation of early access but i was still charged. the refund process was smooth but the issue was frustrating.
