The hotel location was convenient. i was close to many attractions. my room had a very decent size. the restaurant was busy. It seems popular, and the bar was always full.
The room was not good. it was almost dark, you know. the rooms need proper lighting. They really do. the bathroom did not have proper lights at all.

The staff offered restaurant recommendations (which i found really helpful). the daily housekeeping kept everything immaculate. there were plenty of outlets for charging my devices. a nespresso machine and kettle were available. Supplies were replenished daily.
the gym was small with no ventilation at all.

I was greeted warmly at the street entrance. Daniel took my luggage directly to my room! staff constantly offered restaurant recommendations. daily housekeeping was very precise. i found afternoon amenities for elite members charming. every aspect of my stay was perfect. the rooms are clean. everything is in excellent working order.
The bathroom lighting wasn't quite adequate. They could provide brighter lights. also, the rooms need lampshades that do not block the light.

The location proved very convenient. I walked easily to Gran Via and El Retiro Park. The staff were helpful. I especially appreciated their friendliness and attentiveness to all requests. I found the breakfast selection excellent. The rooftop bar was nice.
It was sometimes difficult to manage luggage.

The room featured two separate sinks. The room included a rainfall shower. Air conditioning worked efficiently, maintaining a consistent temperature throughout my stay, even with outside weather fluctuations.

The gym includes three treadmills. The pool area provides twenty loungers. The hotel has a valet parking service for personal vehicles. They even provided water bottles at departure, which I found thoughtful.

I particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar, the atmosphere was buzzing and the drinks were well-crafted. The location proved central. Many attractions were easily accessible.
The gym had limited equipment. It only features a few machines.
