friendly staff peaceful location excellent view clean room

The staff are amazing and friendly. Bombom, our driver, helped us explore bali.. he speaks perfect english. The location is peaceful, and the pool offers an excellent view. The food is delicious, and our room was very clean.

the pool area had a nice view.

the room was not up to standard and needed refurbishment. i found insects in the bed despite cleaning. the room smelled like wet wood and sewage.

The room offered two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I found this arrangement quite practical. the gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. breakfast included a wide variety of fresh fruit. i liked the option to order food and drinks via whatsapp. It was quick and efficient.

I enjoyed ordering everything via whatsapp. It was very convenient. the staff was very friendly. the gym on site was fantastic. i trained there a couple of times each day.

the selection of food was manageable, but not everything was available. i also had stomach ache. there are ants everywhere. we noticed various mold spots in the room.
