Charmed by the Santai Experience!
outdoor area spacious layout transfer service
The outdoor area offered a peaceful space for daytime relaxation. Our Santai Beautiful Villa Private Pool featured a spacious layout. I appreciated the hotel's transfer service. It provided easy access to the sister hotel for gym use. We enjoyed the convenience of accessing amenities at both locations .
I experienced a temporary power outage. It lasted about two hours one evening.

The breakfast menu provided many choices. Multiple orders were allowed! The restaurant offered AMAZING food. It ranked among the best I have eaten. Cocktails at the restaurant were delicious, complementing the meal.

The villa included a separate lounge and outdoor seating. The bathroom was spacious, with a beautiful design. I enjoyed the private pool. It offered a relaxing space with lovely natural surroundings.

beachfront location magic moment divine breakfast
our santai beach front suite felt heavenly. the beachfront location was a dream. the sunsets i watched from the room will forever be in my memories. breakfast was divine and i even saw turtles, such a magic moment.
the music was loud sometimes near the restaurant.

Acceptable stay with minor setbacks
perfect size sunset view electricity flickering false assurance
We enjoyed the villa's private pool. It was a perfect size for swimming. Plenty of places allowed us to lounge poolside. The location felt central. Great sunset views featured Mount Agung on Bali on the horizon.
there was constant flickering of electricity. At one point, there was no electricity for around two hours. The hotel did nothing except provide assurances, but that didn't resolve our discomfort. We were sitting in darkness while insects crawled around.
