lovely viewcomfy bedreally good breakfast

i stayed in the venya suite daily afternoon tea i loved the jungle view it was lovely the bed was comfy the pillows were great too the staff were excellent they performed their duties with a smile they always stopped to talk to us and made us feel welcomed the breakfast was really good afternoon tea was also really good i highly recommend this hotel

the pool is located far away below accessing it requires navigating many steps this could be challenging for some guests

The room was a good size, and breakfast was acceptable.

The room smelled strongly of sewage. I mentioned it, but nothing was done about it. The staff dismissed the issue. the laundry service returned my clothes still wet.. I wish the service had matched the beautiful location.

the staff were very friendly and helpful . i particularly appreciated the afternoon tea, a nice touch after a day of activities. the pool area provided a great panorama view right from underneath the hotel building. i found the in-room food order service both friendly and efficient.

i noticed the hotel could benefit from more attention to housekeeping.
