an amazing sanctuary

attentive staff rejuvenating massage integrated architecture serene atmosphere

i experienced really good service . the staff was attentive and accommodating to all my needs. the on-site spa was a highlight, i enjoyed a rejuvenating balinese massage. the resort's architecture beautifully integrates with the surrounding nature, it created a serene atmosphere.

the walk to my villa involved many stairs.

a peaceful jungle stay!

organized driver quick check-in convenient inclinator jungle views

the resort helped organize a driver before i arrived. the check-in was quick. the inclinator made moving around the hotel easy. the villa had amazing jungle views.

the pool wasn't temperature controlled. it was too cold for swimming

comfortable bed choice pillows dark room cold pool

my king-sized bed was very comfortable and i had a choice of pillows. i love there are no tvs because its a plus for me and a chance to unplug myself.

the room was quite dark and didnt had to much light in it. the private pool wasnt heated and the water was just too cold for using it. i think i was very disappointed with that.
