The staff was friendly, and the location was surrounded by rice fields.

The bathroom roof leaked when it rained. Slippery conditions forced me to buy five pairs of flip-flops for the family. The two-bedroom villa's pool collected rainwater from the roof. My kid didn't even go near it during our four-day stay.

the staff was helpful. They were always ready to assist with any requests. my room was clean and spacious.

My initially assigned room was a bit towards the interior of the hotel, but the manager promptly addressed my concern. i was generously upgraded to a private pool villa for the rest of my stay. it all worked out well in the end. I am grateful.

The staff provided excellent service. They remembered my name and preferences. The food at the restaurant was amazing. I enjoyed the breakfast and dinner menus. The rooms had great views of the inner rice gardens and pool. The hotel was beautiful and peaceful. I liked that it was an oasis from the noise.

Cars cannot directly access the lobby. There is a designated drop-off point , requiring a golf cart transfer to the hotel.

This place is special. the staff are friendly and accommodating. Emi was particularly helpful! my room was large with an outdoor bathroom and a huge bath. the breakfast was generous. i also enjoyed the spa. It was the best massage i have ever had!

the location is a little outside the center of town, so i needed to use taxis to get around.

the reservation office effectively communicated directions to the hotel. i was informed on how to reach the drop-off zone. they provided a buggy for transport from the drop-off zone to the hotel. the hotel also adopted an eco-friendly approach by using refillable glass bottles.

i noticed water stains around the lids of the provided glass water bottles. i was not entirely sure if they were properly washed. there were also some small issues with the bathroom sink. i found it to be somewhat blocked.
