The location IS advantageous. It's central and near local shops. Staff memorized breakfast orders. That was a pleasant surprise. Komang at the front desk gave a big smile EVERY day.

i went for a massage and the door stayed open. there was no relaxing music during the session. that service did not feel worth THE cost.

The hotel is near many restaurants and sites. Walking distance to the Monkey forest is a big plus. The hotel has a forest oasis feeling, it IS relaxing and surrounded by nature.

The POOL is very small with limited sunshine. The room seemed a bit dated. The bathroom sink was right in the room. That was a bit strange.

I found the staff kind. Every employee smiled and helped whenever needed. The hotel's location is amazing, perfectly between the Monkey Forest and the temples. The pool is a little oasis. The restaurant offered very great food at a good price.

The staff greeted me with a fresh towel and a welcome drink. They showed me the room and explained what was what. The mini-bar was free and refilled daily.
