personable staff complimentary tea peaceful oasis

The staff were very personable and remembered my name each morning. They always greeted me warmly! the complimentary afternoon tea was a delight. it included chicken croquettes and delicious cakes. i loved how quiet the hotel felt. It was a peaceful escape.

I found the spa treatments a bit inconsistent. I told the masseuse to avoid my feet, but she massaged them anyway! the nail services were not up to par.

the resort is located just outside the city center. gojek provides easy access! the setting offers beautiful nature views with a river view from the resort, giving every moment an enjoyable feeling. it's a very relaxing area.

friendly staff great bathroom infinity pool

The staff provided five-star service (Dewan, Ani, and Odi deserve special mention). The room was a great size. The bathroom included both a shower and a bathtub. We took the opportunity to enjoy the infinity pool. It has views to the gorgeous jungle.

The hotel wanted us to fill out opinion questionnaires to check-out.

canyonside resort private pool patient staff

the canyonside resort has beautiful views, especially the waterfall visible from many spots. the staff were always patient. our suite included a private pool, where we could watch monkeys play in the forest.

I think the spa could use some improvement. the nail service was poor. The products seemed old, and the application was bumpy, requiring a redo. this also proved quite expensive!
