The staff were very personable and remembered my name each morning. They always greeted me warmly! the complimentary afternoon tea was a delight. it included chicken croquettes and delicious cakes. i loved how quiet the hotel felt. It was a peaceful escape.

I found the spa treatments a bit inconsistent. I told the masseuse to avoid my feet, but she massaged them anyway! the nail services were not up to par.

The staff provided five-star service (Dewan, Ani, and Odi deserve special mention). The room was a great size. The bathroom included both a shower and a bathtub. We took the opportunity to enjoy the infinity pool. It has views to the gorgeous jungle.

The hotel wanted us to fill out opinion questionnaires to check-out.

the canyonside resort has beautiful views, especially the waterfall visible from many spots. the staff were always patient. our suite included a private pool, where we could watch monkeys play in the forest.

I think the spa could use some improvement. the nail service was poor. The products seemed old, and the application was bumpy, requiring a redo. this also proved quite expensive!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Made, the manager, assisted my husband when I wasn't well. He were pretty good. Our river suite had a private pool. The view included a flowing waterfall and monkeys. The shuttle to town was GREAT!!!
