sweet surprise complimentary massage new sheet

The staff was very kind and willing to go the extra mile. I traveled with my parents-in-law, and it was their first time in Bali. The staff arranged a surprise for them! It was sweet, and my mother-in-law even cried. I had an allergic reaction to the sheet. The staff changed the sheets with a totally new one and gave me a complimentary coconut oil massage.

The manager interrogated us on how we found the hotel and what position it showed up in the search results. All we wanted was to chill after a long journey.
