i liked the very quiet room it also had high ceilings the breakfasts were quite nice too the location in prenzlauerberg kollwitzkietz is fabulous i found very few hotels up in this part of the city. the bed and room were comfortable the hotel's location was great it was situated in a lovely quiet residential area the walk to excellent restaurants and cafes was short. i thought the staff was helpful the hotel was in a walkable area with many restaurants and cafes the tram ride to the town center was easy.

the hotel sits on a tree lined avenue the area is peaceful and close to city activities it is near the east and former jewish residences during ww2 making it historically significant.

the room was spacious and the shower was excellent i enjoyed the bed as it was big and cosy the decorations in the rooms are in sync with the history of the building.

I appreciated the hotel's location near the tram stop. It made getting around easy. The staff was always wonderfully helpful and considerate. My bed was comfortable. The bathroom was perfectly equipped.

I found the pillows a little lumpy, making sleep slightly uncomfortable.

The breakfast was amazing, a real highlight of the stay. The variety was very nice, and everything tasted so fresh. The hotel staff were very polite! and always ready to help with a smile, and . I found the location super convenient. It was easy to get around to all the sights.

The minibar prices were quite expensive. I think they could be more reasonable.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The breakfast offered a great variety of choices and the coffee tasted really good. The room was beautifully decorated and featured a very comfortable bed I slept soundly. The M2 tram station is close to the hotel. I found this location quite convenient for travel throughout the area.

I found the pillows to be quite lumpy and uncomfortable. I had to sleep without any pillows. My used minibar items remained in the room. I did not get them removed or restocked . This was not ideal.
