unusual entrance small room
the entrance of the hotel was unusual , causing initial confusion. despite requesting a city view room , i received a very small room with a view of nearby apartments.

The rooms feature modern décor and offer ample space. I found a well-stocked minibar with various refreshments and snacks. The beds have premium linens and plush pillows. I slept soundly. I appreciated the rainfall shower and separate vanity area in the bathroom.
The elevator wait times were occasionally a little longer than ideal.

Breakfast included diverse options with fresh pastries local cheeses and made-to-order omelets. The adjacent bistro serves lunch and dinner. I enjoyed the traditional Albanian dishes. The breakfast area is bright and spacious with attentive service. I loved this touch.

a mixed experience
small room unhelpful reception
the location was acceptable.
the room i booked was different than the pictures. it was smaller than i expected, barely accommodating the bed. the reception desk did not give option for a larger room.

the room featured a beautiful double room balcony , a great addition for enjoying the surroundings. i found the breakfast offerings quite satisfactory. fresh orange juice was a PARTICULAR highlight , as was the barista-made coffee.

fantastic stay in the center
helpful staff clean room ample space rainfall shower
The staff was very polite and helpful . i was able to check in a little early, this really helped me plan my day. the room had plenty of space and the bathroom was well-equipped with a rainfall shower. the hotel is easy to find, located just off the main road. The entrance is clearly marked.
the entrance hall sometimes had a slight smoke smell as some guests smoked near the entrance.

the team arranged airport taxis at reasonable rates. they also offered information that helped me plan my sightseeing. the reception staff were polite and attentive to my requests, providing quick service. i appreciated this level of support.

The breakfast buffet featured a nice selection that could suit all tastes. i liked the fresh omelette option each morning. the hotel restaurant was lovely. I ate there twice. the cakes were excellent also.

the hotel location is super, around the corner from the pyramid, i liked that i was able to walk everywhere. skanderbeg square, bunk art 2, the castle and house of leaves are easy to reach. lots of shops, restaurants and bars close by.

my modern room was clean and had all i needed. the drinking water coolers on each floor were convenient for refilling bottles. the bathroom had a hairdryer and good lighting. responsible valet parking was also available.

clean room balcony view central location difficult parking limited spots smoky entrance
The room was very clean. It featured a balcony with a nice view (I enjoyed it a lot). The location is central. Many attractions are within walking distance.
The parking situation is difficult. I risked scratching my car because there are only six parking spots. The entrance hall often had smoke, as people smoked near the entrance.
