friendly staff good quality food relaxing sauna thin walls unfirm bed limited breakfast

the staff was friendly and polite. the restaurant offered good quality food for competitive prices. the sauna was a welcome addition for relaxation. the swimming pool was also a great amenity to have.

the room walls were thin so it was noisy. the bed wasn't very firm and affected my sleep. the breakfast had a limited selection without a coffee machine. the busy road caused constant traffic.

SUPERB hotel experience!

efficient check-in relaxing experience breakfast selection

I appreciated the warm welcome and efficient check-in process. The spa provided a VERY relaxing experience with its warm jacuzzi and saunas. The breakfast selection included many delicious options. I found something amazing every morning. Fabiola at reception was especially kind and helpful .

The gym equipment was limited. The running machine needed maintenance.

i was charmed by the helpful staff. their advice. breakfast was good. i asked for spicy food advice and the staff recommended pene pasta.

the room was not properly soundproofed. i could hear corridor conversations at 6am every day.

The room was a comfortable double room balcony. I appreciated the friendly staff and their quick responses to my requests. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

The location was a bit outside the city center. There weren't many restaurants or shops within easy walking distance. The water pressure in the shower could have been better. It was a bit weak.
