The location of the building was good.

The staff member at arrival seemed uninterested. This attitude remained consistent throughout my stay. The massage was performed by a man whose hygiene standards were poor. This severely impacted my perception of the stay, especially since the spa is advertised as 'high quality'.

I found the staff helpful, especially with modifying dishes to be vegan for me. The hotel arranged a visit to their sister hotel for a beach day. The taxi ride was about 25 minutes. The room featured a long balcony, and it faced a classy street, which I enjoyed. The weather was lovely, and I especially liked that.

The location is central, so there was some outside noise. It was a busy area, and the hotel didn't seem well insulated for sound. I suggest earplugs for light sleepers. I got used to it quickly.

The location was central. I found it easy to walk to many places. The breakfast menu was a pleasant surprise, and everything I ordered tasted fresh and well-prepared.

The shower lacked a door, so the bathroom floor got wet after each use. This created an unnecessary hazard. the pillows were too firm for my liking. I had trouble getting comfortable.
