the hotel offered complimentary parking. a parking guard assisted with luggage transportation. the breakfast selection had variety and good coffee. the hotel's location provided convenient access to nearby attractions by foot.
the hotel entrance is located on a side street. i noticed a lack of pavement. the air-conditioning system in the room was not functional. the shower temperature did not get warm enough.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center. I found the supervised parking close to the entrance very useful. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. The staff were friendly and always ready to help.
Finding the hotel proved slightly challenging as it is a bit hidden away on a side street. I nearly missed it.

The room was spacious and quiet plus the air conditioning worked well. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the clean bathroom with all necessary amenities. It included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions I had. I found the location to be GREAT. It's close to many main attractions. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. I enjoyed the FRESHLY juiced apple, beet, and carrot juice. It was a GREAT way to start the day.

the location was superb. christmas slippers was on christmas eve. the bathroom shower was great and warm. the room temperature was ideal.
accessing the hotel through the narrow alley felt dangerous, as scaffolding lacked safety barriers. breakfast was then served in a small windowless room.

the hotel had super friendly staffs, i mean from the front desk receptionists to the cleaning ladies!!! they were approachable and helpful. the location is smack dab in the middle of everything i needed. it was ideal with kids, markets, buses, taxis, toptani mall, parks and restaurants are super close.
The walls felt paper thin. i could hear the television from the other rooms. I could even hear other people's conversations. a crying baby was audible as well. i stayed for almost a week and i was sleepless a lot.
