I found the room cleanliness questionable. Dust was noticeable throughout. also, the mini-bar was completely empty, offering none of the usual beverages found at similar hotels. it was like a cost-cutting measure that detracted from the overall experience, particularly when compared to other hotels at a similar price point, cost cutting measure.

The privilege double room was spacious and clean. the breakfast was inclusive and had a good variety. It was a great way to start the day. i found the location ideal for visiting the city center. It was very convenient.
The coffee and tea setup in the room was not properly arranged! the tray looked stained and needed better presentation. there was not enough tea, coffee, and sugar available. I had to request more. also, there weren't enough stirrers provided.

the payment process was unclear, i preferred to pay upfront. the billing of additional costs was delayed. the blocked amount was increased after checkout, and another charge looked.

faulty air conditioning
The air conditioning unit in my room was not functioning properly (despite staff assurances), and the room became uncomfortably hot. I booked a suite to be able to work and the temperature made it difficult.
