incorrect drinkspoor refund
the bar service was pretty bad. the barman seemed to make up drinks instead of following recipes. i ordered specific drinks, but he served cheaper versions and charged me the higher prices. when i questioned it, he only refunded $10, even though i deserved more after spending over $100 at the bar!

amazing stay with great amenities

Check-in was super speedy. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. the room was excellent. The facilities exceeded my expectations. i loved the location. the beach is right at the rear of the hotel, so it's easy to get to.
The electrical buzzing noise every five minutes in the lounge area was quite annoying. It did disrupt the quiet.

the resort has a tennis court available for guest use. it also includes allocated parking for each apartment, a bonus that simplifies the stay. the pool looked nice. a fantastic beer garden is also available.

The bed and pillows are super comfy. This made sleep easy and relaxing. the room also has a washing machine and dryer included. the kitchen had an oven and dishwasher for quick meal preparation.

The breakfast selection had so many yummy items. gluten-free options are plentiful, fantastic for people with dietary restrictions. the restaurant service was amazing. The drinks are also a great plus.

i found the indoor swimming pool and tennis courts were fantastic for the children. the hotel features a gym and spa on site, which i did not use during this stay. the location is great with beachside access. the big car park offered plenty of space.
i noticed the breakfast service could be better , i struggled to find a table at different times. the replenishment of salt and condiments seemed slow, and i always found them empty.

the location is directly on the beach. shops are across the road. i ate the pork cutlet at the restaurant and it was fantastic.
The stairs were a small issue for me. Next time, i would prefer fewer stairs and a shower that is not over the bath.

the location was excellent. it was so easy to get to shops and the beach. the grounds around the hotel seemed well kept too.
our room felt dated. the website showed a room with a spa, but our resort room did not include this, disappointing.
