the staff, they was polite and always willing to help. the room was clean and lovely. the hotel is situated close to salamanca market and within walking distance to restaurants.
i felt the rooms was old, small and stuffy despite the hotel claimin a recent refurbishment. the bed was somethin out of the 80s. harbor view rooms are noisy because of no double glazing and street side.
