fantastic stay!

comfortable bed convenient station great amenities

the hotel room has a comfortable bed. a convenient station and tram stops make travel easy. amenities in the room was great. travel through the city become easier because of all of the options.

the requested cot was not setup upon arrival. the room required better dusting. extra towels arrived hours late.

the location prove to be excellent. the city center is a short walk. i see restaurants and the main train station close by. i could reach convention center easily.

the staff was really helpful and accommodating. they created a restful hotel atmosphere. i can't wait for return. everything goes smooth on arrival and check-in.

the hotel includes a very nice facilities. i observed the breakfast set up. i can see the pool and gym. i thought it did not feel like a large souless hotel!

modern equipment ample space uncoordinated team rubbish bins

the gym is quite excellent. it has modern equipment and ample space. the breakfast also stands out with a good selection and customized options. i found this particularly helpful.

I encountered a few issues . the housekeeping team seemed uncoordinated. Our rollaway bed was not made for two consecutive days. additionally, some rubbish bins were not emptied, a bit disappointing.
