An Absolute Gem

efficient servicecomfortable beddelicious mealempty bottle

Tracey at reception welcomed me warmly and provided efficient service. The room presented super clean conditions and had a generously sized bathroom. The restaurant offered delicious meals and featured a beautiful view reached by air bridges within the building.

The hotel used large bottles of hand wash, good, but they were almost empty. This meant I had to ration the product.

the room was beautifully appointed. Housekeeping did a GREAT job everything was super clean. The indoor heated pool was perfect for a winter escape and facilities overall were AMAZING.

the reservation was made with golf views but i had parking views no recourse possible so very decus

breakfast inconvenienceinflexible chef

the breakfast arrangement was inconvenient. a set menu was presented, different from others. simple alterations to the order were denied and additional barista coffee also incurred extra costs. my sister requested eggs with tomato instead of bacon and the chef refused this simple substitution, but omitting the bacon was acceptable at no charge.
