Jackie and Nigel looked after us from arrival to departure. Our suite contained everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and it had luxurious features. The bathroom included a jacuzzi bath with a separate shower.
The fabric conditioner was quite strong and affected my sleep.

The location provides easy access to several dining options. A Tesco express is situated nearly next door. The surrounding area is totally charming and invites guests to walk around.

The Cartmel Cove room was pure comfort. It was clean, warm and cosy. We were provided with a book containing all information regarding the area. A map was also included, it was useful.
I found mould on the shower curtain. The breakfast product was not as good as i expected. The price was overpriced for what we got.

The hotel's location is convenient, only a short walk to the promenade. Shops are also easily accessible. numerous pubs and a local fish and chips shop sit just along the road. Everything is very close.

The hostess, jackie, offered recommendations on local places and restaurants. These were excellent. staff served champagne beautifully presented on ice and that was special. nigel made a delicious kimchi breakfast. I highly recommend it.

breakfast had lots to choose from and it featured locally sourced products. homemade hollandaise sauce made eggs royale just perfect with the correct flavour. the excellent breakfast menu allowed you to select many options.
