a good getaway
helpful staff prime location clean room beautiful decor
susana was so helpful, even decorating our room beautifully (she has such a kind heart!). ana gave us great recommendations for local cafes that we loved. the hotel was clean and the location was near everything we wanted to see. i liked being close to the beach and the historical center.
the rooftop pool area looked a little smaller than i expected in the photos, but i still enjoyed it.

Lovely Stay with Excellent Amenities
great location spacious room reserved parking helpful staff
The hotel's location was excellent. It was just a short walk to the beach. Our room was spacious, and the bathroom included a lovely big shower with plenty of hot water. We appreciated the reserved parking that was available nearby (a real plus in this area!). The staff was always friendly and helpful, readily assisting us with any questions we had.
The rooftop pool area had some maintenance work occurring , which slightly limited the space available.

The staff members demonstrated excellent customer service skills. They helped us to organise a taxi to the airport at a fixed price, preventing any unexpected costs. The team was very attentive to our needs, our stay was as smooth as possible.

helpful staff welcome bottle amazing view
The staff at the reception were very helpful. They gave me directions to a nearby shop. I appreciated the room upgrade I received. It came with a welcome bottle of wine. The rooftop bar provided amazing city views at night.
