A 2.5-hour daily access to the spa is included in the room rate for stays. If you wish to use the spa for extended periods, additional charges may apply, which would need to be confirmed directly with the spa.
I'm trying to book a Family Club room for two adults and two children (ages 5 and 6), but I can only see an option for two separate rooms. Why is that, and when is this room usually available?

Family Club rooms get booked quickly on many dates, so it's advisable to check availability for different arrival dates. If the room doesn't appear, it may be fully booked.
