The room was nice. The bed linen and mattress reached a high standard.

the check-in experience wasn't good, and our room was prepared for 2 babies, not 2 older children, as expected. it was an unpleasant experience getting this sorted. i had traveled over 12 hours that day. i wanted food and sleep.

The staff were super friendly. They gave perfect recommendations for local restaurants. The hotel provides a useful map of the area too. I really appreciated the secure parking on site. My mountain bikes were kept safe and sound. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices.

The room I got was a little dark. The poor lighting made it less inviting.

The location was acceptable for exploring nearby bars in the courtyard.

The room was dark, I tell you. Lighting was so poor it was almost comical. I think a candle would have been brighter. I do wish they provided lamps that were actually useful, not just decorative.
