Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The location is quite convenient, close to many central attractions.

I encountered a significant problem with the room technology. The shower controls malfunctioned. The ceiling shower was the only option, an issue for anyone wishing to avoid wetting their hair..

the room was very clean and well maintained. the staff looked after me very well. the location was perfect, especially for visiting the christmas markets!!!

i was charged more than i expected. i find completely unacceptable the unexpected charges.

amazing stay

fresh fruit considerate staff

i found complimentary water bottles replenished daily. fresh fruit was always available near the entrance. i appreciated these small touches. the staff proved considerate and very nice. the location was also very good.

the technology in the room had controls well hidden. finding the light switch in the bathroom was difficult. the handheld shower wasn't working properly. it was inconvenient.

our room featured massive windows that could be opened. i noted usb ports beside the bed and l'occitane products in the bathroom. good bedside lighting was also available.

the hotel was within a five minute walk of main shopping streets. some christmas markets were very close by. i found this location convenient. the christmas market was outside our window.

mixed feelings after stay

small room limited room service

the hotel location was ideal for exploring.

I was disappointed with the room size, it was smaller than expected. also, room service hours were limited. It was only available in the evening, which wasn't convenient for a midday snack. the rooftop terrace was closed, this limited our ability to enjoy the views from the top of the hotel.

small room broken air conditioning

the location was fine. it was easy enough to get around from there.

the room was really small. i thought i was getting something bigger. the temperature in the room was high and the air conditioning did not work, uncomfortable at night. twice.
