I found the room spacious, a TRUE haven after my travels. The location was quite perfect for ME, near lovely bars and restaurants. i appreciated the cleanliness and the quiet atmosphere. It really helped me unwind and to feel refreshed.

The air conditioning BARELY worked. The room became uncomfortably hot at times. this made SLEEP difficult, and i wish it had been addressed sooner. perhaps a maintenance check would prevent this issue .

the breakfast room featured a charming fairy light detail. the reception team ensured our airport shuttle was arranged, it was helpful. we enjoyed a dinner in the restaurant, it capped off our trip beautifully. the staff helped us find information, it felt very personalized.

The air conditioning was weak, struggling to cool the room adequately. This made sleeping quite uncomfortable. I found the minibar prices excessive. A small bottle of water cost nearly what I would pay at a restaurant. These issues detracted from what should have been a seamless experience.
