a tender refuge

this modern hotels design spoke to me. it was like a sanctuary amidst the lively city, and i found so much peace here. the spa was a dream, i got lost in it. the utilities really enhanced the experience, i only wish i had longer to bask.

the staff interactions lacked warmth, that i will say. requesting extra hangers went unanswered, a small detail i hoped for. the cleaning i feel was less than perfect, the dust was visible and it felt off.

Amazing Wellness Stay!

huge gymnatural lightcold room

The gym has a huge space and the spa is free. Our room features amazing views and large windows, allowing a lot of natural light, just what I wanted. Breakfast included lots of options. The location offers easy access to the Brussels city center by tram or taxi. good restaurants nearby.

My room was really cold, and I could not change temperature easily. The automatic system reset it constantly after a few minutes, pretty annoying. I could not warm the room enough.

The surrounding area is lovely and green. A tram is available for transportation. The ride to the city center took about 40 minutes on the tram, a pretty convenient way to get around, I think.

The staff are friendly and always helpful, I appreciate it. One person named Carly was great, his service was excellent. You can opt out of room cleaning for a free drink at the bar, pretty nice.

The staff didn't seem to care. I asked for more hangers, but i never received them. the cleaning was not good either. It was dusty in some areas and the rugs felt a bit dirty (i was very annoyed by this).

The gym downstairs, it offers free access and is super! The swimming pool had no chlorine, a huge plus. I booked a massage also. Wellness treatments are very good. Breakfast is also a big plus!

The shower allowed water to flow into the sink area. This made things unpleasant. Access to the parking lot was confusing. I hope for improvements.

i stayed in a suite 60 panorama (it was a treat!). the room included floor-to-ceiling glass windows on three sides, offering fine views. the breakfast in joules cafe featured granola, croissants, and great coffee.

the room lacked ventilation, and the toilet was located next to the kitchen (a strange layout).

the room was nice. breakfast was really good. i had access to the gym and the spa. the facilities are new and modern.

the hotel staff was condescending and a bit arrogant. i felt reprimanded multiple times when pointed out about certain rules. these rules weren't clear to me from the beginning and the staff didn't feel very helpful. it felt more like a teacher preaching to a child.

The architecture was beautiful. I found the location in a leafy suburb of the city gorgeous. the room felt spacious. It was tastefully decorated. the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes. I appreciated the local specialties and complimentary gym access.

The parking was external. I found the lack of clear guidance upon arrival annoying, also it cost extra.
