This hotel seemed like a jewel. the hotel was clean in a very perfect way. i found every corner to be beautiful, a testament to the design. the staff are kind. I appreciate their help and attention.

the temperature in my room could not be adjusted easily. this. i wish this issue was resolved faster.

The room was very spacious. It had a beautiful design. The building itself was also beautiful. The room service was prompt and efficient.

The room was a bit noisy. I could hear sounds from the street. The heating system did not work properly. I had to request an additional electric radiator.

I found the staff very helpful. the location was also perfect. Everything i wanted to see was within walking distance. i received a room upgrade upon arrival, and the rooms were glorious. i also appreciated the short walk to main sights.

the room temperature control seemed to be regulated remotely, a bit inconvenient at times.

i liked the aesop toiletries. the lounge had complimentary tea. coffee was also available there all day. the location was fabulous near attractions.

the tv did not work for three nights. simple requests were not completed. i asked for a face washer and never received it. body wash was not replenished.

I appreciated the speedy check-in process. My room was very clean and stylish. The location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions. The staff at the front desk were polite and helpful. They answered all my questions.
