The staff was very cute. They were also attentive throughout my stay. I enjoyed that room service provided complimentary tea and coffee anytime I wanted (that's a nice touch!). I had booked a superior room with canal view and I enjoyed sitting by the window.

The room felt a bit outdated to me. I wish there were more outlets near the bed for charging devices. I also noticed some spiderwebs in the shower (not something I like to see).

the location offered easy access to the town square and christmas market i found the room very cozy and comfortable the view from the room was right on the canal. i loved the open fire the hotel offered complimentary tea and coffee i found this very welcome.

i found the rooms a bit outdated i wished there were outlets near the bed my biggest issue was the cleanliness of the room. there was a urine smell from one corner of the room i stayed away from that corner.

The hotel is gorgeous. It has elegant fabrics and lovely furniture. I adored the original art displayed. The location was excellent. It was easy to walk to all attractions!

The room was outdated, though the staff were amazing. I wished there were more outlets near the bed!

The staff were friendly and helpful. They provided excellent instructions on how to manage parking! The car park was just a hundred metres from the hotel, so that was very convenient.

Breakfast was ample and delicious. A freshly baked Belgian waffle was served on request. I enjoyed the breakfast with the tranquil canal view! Swans were passing by.

The room had a great view of the canals. Tourist boats passed by frequently. The lobby, just like the room, has original and modern art! I really loved it!
