the breakfast buffet had many choices, which helped start each day so well. i found the rooms were kept beautifully clean. they gave us a bigger room since we had our sweet baby traveling with us. i thought that was so kind.

The breakfast had many different options. It was so convenient, located near both a gas station and a burger king. The easy access to the road toward brugge was helpful. Staff were VERY friendly.
I noticed bad lighting from the tram to the hotel at night. The stairs lacked lights. The pathway was cut off by barriers, DISAPPOINTING.

A large car park is available arriving by car. A tram station provides access to the city centre, located a short walk away down a public footpath. The hotel currently undergoes refurbishment. It causes minimal disruption to the stay.

The room had air conditioning AND a thermostat. The windows open fully, a huge plus. The rooms were newly renovated and very comfortable. The space available was very generous.

i found the staff to be very accommodating and quick with responses. before my arrival the communication was really helpful. they facilitated a simple request regarding a bicycle. upon arrival i felt very welcome and appreciated their courteousness.
during my stay i noted the absence of drinking water in the room. only tap water was available. this was a slight inconvenience as bottled water would have been preferable.

I found the staff really accommodating and helpful before i arrived. they replied fast to my request to have a bicycle in my room, they even offered options. the lobby and restaurant were super comfortable. i thought the complimentary tea and coffee in my room was a nice touch! we were attending an event at flanders expo. Its location is right next door.
the carpet seemed a bit worn but it didn't affect my enjoyment of the stay

The restaurant staff were pleasant for dinner and breakfast. Gluten free bread was available upon request and that worked well.
Our room seemed quite old. One bedside lamp did not work and the safe was locked. the safe was not even fixed to anything so someone could just take it. it looked like the room had not been properly checked after the previous guest. It was substandard.
