mixed feelings about the hotel

good stafflimited hot foodlack of potato
the staff in the bars and restaurants was good, especially at the fusion restaurant.
i found the food to be the main let down and do not believe the hotel meets 4 star standards. i did not understand why there were roasted vegetables or carrots being served at breakfast. there was also a severe lack of potato options, for example, no hash browns at breakfast or patatas bravas.

I appreciated the daily room cleaning service. The ladies ALWAYS greeted me with a smile and a "hola". I found a large room with AMPLE storage. The SEPARATE sink and shower setup from the toilet was quite practical.

the location was great and it was next to a beach.
I found the food to be worse than my school dinners. it lacked taste and the meat was overcooked. I actually lost weight on an all-inclusive vacation. when i checked out, i mentioned i hadn't enjoyed my stay and got a dismissive, 'sorry to hear that'. it reminded me of they didn't care about my experience at all.

The reception staff were helpful upon arrival , and they explained everything clearly to me. I had the opportunity to upgrade to 'All Inclusive' , a choice I found very worthwhile. Premium beverages were included , as well as lunch and snacks. The shower in the glass cubicle in the main room was modern and sleek , a great feature of my Junior Suite.
