missing drawersno milk

i was disappointed with a few things . the room lacked drawers , made it difficult to store clothes neatly. also despite tea and coffee being provided in the room there was no milk i had to request it. i expected better for the price i paid it really was annoying

The hotel is modern and clean. The reception area is lovely and FRESH. My room was HUGE. It included a smart, wall-mounted tv, a good shower, and plenty of storage. The housekeeping service was fantastic. They kept my room clean EVERY day. The pool area is beautiful, and the loungers are comfortable.

I stayed here for one week. I requested an iron or ironing board. The hotel provided me a hand steamer instead.

The pool area has comfortable sunbeds and parasols! The gym is really good and better than most gyms, it includes a variety of equipment for all fitness levels. Free Hotel bus service is available to and from the beach.

Breakfast included MANY options, such as freshly made omelets to order. I just LOVED it! The hot food is prepared as you wait. The new restaurant also has freshly cooked breakfast to order.

The staff members are friendly and helpful, and, REALLY! Reception offered a welcome drink, and bags were brought to my room. I found the staff to be polite and kind.

I was disappointed with the room cleaning. My room was not cleaned on several days. i put the sign on the door in the morning. i returned in the afternoon, but the room was not clean. it happened multiple times. i expected better service.

The breakfast area outdoors was very nice. I enjoyed that. The gym had equipment I used. It was an excellent facility, with enough sunbeds.

My room lacked drawers for clothes. I also had to share the hotel pool. It was too cold. It was not heated unfortunately.
